Past exhibitions
On September, 7, 2005 the exhibition “Die Kunstkammern des Hauses Habsburg: Magic of Nature and Mechanism of the Universe” opened in the Moscow Kremlin Museums as part of the programme “Royal and Imperial Treasures in the Kremlin”. Displayed are the unique pieces from the History of Arts Museum in Vienna. With participation of the Cultural Foundation “Ekaterina” the famous picture by D. Archimboldo was brought to Russia for the first time. This is a portrait of Rudolf Habsburg performed in the typical artist’s manner, with his face composed of gifts of the Earth.
The exhibition continued till November, 20, 2005.
